Return policy on packages damaged during shipping: we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the items have not been removed from their original packaging. Please email us with photos of the damaged shipping box, so we can file a claim with UPS/DHL. There will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not to be refunded.
